Garrett Blom

Garrett earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Tech before attending Campbell University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctorate. During his time at Campbell Law, Garrett was the co-founder and president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and a member of the school’s advocacy team competing in the Tulane Professional Basketball Negotiations Competition where he was able to integrate his lifelong love for sports with his passion for business and contract law.

Before joining Vector Law Group, Garrett completed internships with the 26th Judicial District Court in Mecklenburg County as well as the North Carolina Supreme Court, where he gained practical experience with both trial court and appellate court proceedings. Now, Garrett’s practice areas include contract drafting and negotiations, business consulting and formation, complex research projects, commercial litigation, consumer protection issues, debt-collection matters, land use rights, property disputes and litigation, technology and media law issues, and various other general litigation and transactional law matters.

Outside of the office, Garrett enjoys spending time with his rescue dog Smokes, exploring the Appalachian Mountains, fishing, visiting local breweries, and watching sports.
